Knee Wraps/Bands

Knee wraps and bands provide the crudest way to implement exercise with BFR. Implementation involves wrapping elastic bands around the upper portion of the exercising limb. This method is often referred to as “Practical BFR”. While this method is cheap, quick, and easy to implement, it is difficult to standardize pressure and should only be used with those individuals who are low risk of adverse events.
